We try to break the development into 4 main phases: 

Based on an original High Level Requirements document provided by the customer, we create a set of use cases that has to be approved by the customer.

Depending on the complexity of the project, the design phase may require the construction of a prototype. This has to be decided together with the customer. Anyways,  at this phase, after a modelling process using UML specifications and techniques , will deliver an object model and a Database Dictionary. As a result of this phase we'll propose a platform and the technologies that will be involved in order to develop and deploy the project.

During the development phase, we create several alpha versions, depending on the complexity of the project and after an agreement with the customer, 2 beta phases and the final product together with a complete documentation.

We'll assist the customer in the deployment of the project and will continually provide the required support.
